Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided the subscription has not been substantially used (for example, more than 5 paid assessments attempted). Refunds are at our discretion for cases of accidental purchase or service issues.

How to request

Email hello@tarkshastra.in with your order id and reason. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

Effect of a refund

When a full refund is issued, the subscription is ended, paid seats are released, and any referral reward tied to the purchase is reversed. The child keeps all history and reports, but paid content locks again.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are annual and do not auto-renew. You may cancel an unpaid order at any time before payment at no charge. There is no auto-debit.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in exceptional cases and are recorded against the original payment.
