1. Acceptance of terms

By registering on TarkShastra (“we”, “us”, “our”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TarkShastra is a daily thinking-workout platform for children from Senior KG to Grade 9, offering assessments, a daily workout and a Game Zone. A parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent for each child.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (Premium, Family) are billed once per year in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are computed on our servers; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access begins only after the server has verified the payment.

4. Free plan

The Free plan includes a limited number of free assessments and child profiles, as shown on the pricing page. Paid content is locked until a subscription is active and a seat is assigned to the child.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share your account, attempt to bypass the paywall, or misuse the Game Zone. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the updated date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
